  • Serve as the bridge between external partners and internal product, engineering, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Bring market insights and partner requirements to influence product roadmap and supply strategy.

  • Experience working directly with insurance or financial publishers and optimizing traffic at scale.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, postbacks, S2S tracking, and attribution/measurement platforms.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret complex partner reporting and funnel data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • High commitment to quality, compliance, and transparent performance insights.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated verticals is a plus.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Base Salary + Commissions + Performance Bonuses
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Stock Options
  • Internal Promotion Opportunities. We believe in growing talent from within
