Job description

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Content Publisher Senior Associate

Our team is at the center of communicating during any major market events, and your role will be critical to ensuring our clients have the timely and relevant information they need, in the way that they need it. We're a highly motivated team that operates like a news organization.

As a J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Content Publisher Senior Associate within the Wealth Management Content team you will execute content publishing needs with the highest level of quality along with efficiency. In addition, you will have a deep understanding of the needs of the content team from a business and technical perspective. In this role you will work in partnership with the larger Content Production Team and the Accessibility Subject Matter Experts to track backlogs and assist in solving quality assurance issues.

Job responsibilities

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the needs of the content team from a business and technical perspective.
  • Ensure coordination and communication to key stakeholders.
  • Lead improvements and change to the existing processes.
  • Assess customer experience of all published content to ensure content meets the communication needs for people with disabilities.
  • Develop an expertise in the interfacing applications, test environments and our tools and methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with business units, IT Development and other support staff on testing timelines, deliverables, status and other information.
  • Participate in review of standards, tools, and processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology, human computer interaction, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of related experience, with Adobe Experience Manager Content Authoring experience required. Working knowledge of other online content management tools will be considered.
  • Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of information architecture, project management tools such as JIRA, and website content tools.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML is required.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience designing for accessibility and using established testing methods for verifying accessibility requirements
  • Experience using AI tools and automation to streamline processes
