Medical Sales Account Executive to drive growth across a multi-state territory spanning Michigan and Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to build a territory, establish meaningful client relationships, and grow your income through uncapped commission potential.
In this role, you'll represent our comprehensive portfolio of ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea treatment, wound care, and diabetic solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and referral sources.

Work EnvironmentThis role requires extensive territory coverage across the Great Lakes region, involving regular face-to-face client interactions, relationship building, and sales strategy. Position DetailsLocation: Menominee, Michigan
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Territory: Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay, Antigo, Iron Mountain, Escanaba
Commute: Within 15-20 miles preferred
Key Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships
- Educate healthcare providers about company products and value-based care
- Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts
- Conduct in-person visits to referral sources
- Partner with local team to ensure seamless service
- Report sales activity and territory trends via call planner
- Discuss patient care respectfully and confidentially
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: - Entry-Level Candidates: $45,000/year base + uncapped commission
- Experienced Candidates: Up to $55,000/year base + uncapped commission

QualificationsRequired: - High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with proven sales potential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfort discussing patient care respectfully and confidentially
Preferred: - Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years B2B or healthcare sales experience
- Experience in respiratory or medical sales
- Background in oxygen, CPAP, ventilators, wound care, or diabetic supplies
- Leadership experience
- CRM platform familiarity
- Ability to simplify complex topics and build trust
