Demonstrate excellent understanding of P&C business areas such as New business, underwriting, agency management, commission management, accounts payable etc.,
Expertise in agency management, commission management, accounts payable .
Should have a high level understanding of Insurance accounting
Demonstrate excellent understanding of the IT landscape, the applications/systems in the landscape and integration between systems
Possess good communication skills in working with Business to capture requirements and convert them into System requirements/Functional specifications.
Should be able to conceptualize and produce process flow diagrams for different business areas based on the business discussions
Should be able to transfer the knowledge to development team
Should be able to support in reviews and help QA team to validate functional requirements are covered during System testing
