The James C. Bolton Library at LSUA is hiring an energetic, people-oriented person to serve as Coordinator for Circulation and Tutoring. The library works to be a part of every student's academic success story, and the person in this position will help reach that goal. The time share between the two departments may vary throughout the year as needed.

This is a 12-month position.

For Circulation, job duties include coordinating with Director of Circulation on tasks listed:

Train student workers

Create student worker schedule Maintain library stacks

Plan and assist with library enrichment activities Work with Spero interns as appropriate

Supervise student workers during circulation hours

Direct supervisor: Megan Lord

For Tutoring, job duties include coordinating with Director of Tutoring on tasks listed:

Train tutors Schedule tutors

Evaluations of Supplemental Instructors who may be housed in departments across campus

Evaluations of tutors

Direct supervisor: Cieltia Adams

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Computer Proficient
People-oriented and student-focused
