ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a team member with Frank T Armetta State Farm Insurance, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options.
BENEFITS:

  • Monday-Friday 9-5 Saturday 9-12 from April to October
  • No Saturdays November to March.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent/office manager to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be able to obtain relevant property and casualty licenses.
  • Must be able to obtain relevant life and health licenses.
  • Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Bilingual preferred, Spanish, but not necessary.
