Investor Relations Associate

West Palm Beach, FL | Full-time | In-office

Henley Investment Management is looking for a driven Investor Relations Associate to join our team in West Palm Beach.

The role will focus on managing and converting our existing pipeline of prospective investors across Henley’s investment strategies, with a focus on AquaSonic Car Wash and our US real estate investments.

You’ll take ownership of a large CRM containing both existing and newly generated investor leads - proactively contacting investors, understanding their investment requirements, following up consistently and progressing relationships through the investment process.

You’ll build and manage your own HNW investor relationships from initial conversation through to investment, while working alongside senior members of the team on larger UHNW, family office and more complex opportunities.

We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in real estate or wealth management, ideally combined with sales, investment sales, brokerage, investor relations or another client-facing role. You’ll need to be confident on the phone, comfortable working towards targets, highly organised and disciplined with CRM management, and above all ambitious, commercially minded and motivated by results.

In addition to a $75,000 base salary, the role includes a performance-based commission structure tied to capital raising and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large CRM of existing and new prospective investors, including proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Qualify investors based on investment appetite, liquidity, timing and interest
  • Build and manage HNW investor relationships from initial conversation through to investment
  • Present and discuss Henley’s investment opportunities with prospective investors
  • Work towards individual capital raised and conversion targets
  • Support investor onboarding, including subscription documents, accreditation and KYC
  • Manage day-to-day investor relations, including investor queries, portal management and investment updates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records across the CRM and investor portal
  • Support the preparation and distribution of investor communications, quarterly updates and other investment materials
