  • Partners with Market Access on pricing strategy, reimbursement changes, payer behavior, and industry trends
  • Collaborates with Margin Optimization to assess claim-level profitability, reimbursement accuracy, margin leakage, and cost-to-claim mapping
  • Partners with Pharmacy Procurement to track drug costs, manufacturer rebates, wholesaler discount rates, and purchasing trends
  • Conducts ongoing monitoring of drug cost fluctuations and payer reimbursement changes to identify margin volatility
  • Ensures margin data models appropriately capture reimbursement, acquisition cost, rebates, payer mix, drug utilization, and unit economics
  • Establishes validation controls, documentation standards, and quality checks across recurring margin reporting
  • Translates complex analytics into clear executive insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
  • Leads and support the budget and forecast build for pharmacy margin, with ownership from Revenue through Gross Profit, including reimbursement assumptions, payer/channel mix, drug cost trends, utilization, rebates, and other COGS-related margin drivers
