Financial Analyst – Health Insurance Industry (Hybrid)

Location: Downtown Indianapolis
Salary: 90,000 - 110,000, plus annual bonus
Hybrid: Monday - Thursday in office, Friday WFH

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze complex financial data, track key performance metrics, and forecast trends

  • Leverage data analytics tools to drive insights and improve financial decision-making

  • Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost analysis using advanced modeling techniques

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational and financial performance

  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership, identifying risks and opportunities for growth

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • 2+ years of financial analysis experience, with a strong focus on data analytics and technology

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, or other financial/data visualization tools

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and forecasting

  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
