Rx Valet is seeking a professional and service-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center team in Lawrenceville, GA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members, healthcare providers, and partners, delivering accurate information and timely support related to prescription services, billing inquiries, and account updates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and partners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding Rx Valet services, prescription assistance programs, and billing inquiries

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on pending prescriptions, billing verification, and account updates
  • Verify and update member account information to ensure data accuracy
