Position Summary
Provides financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, while partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. The position also contributes to month-end close activities, management reporting, and process improvements within the FP&A function.

Job description

  • Assists in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the Medicare organization.
  • Conducts detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
  • Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasting exercises by monitoring and analyzing actual financial performance against targets.
  • Builds and maintains financial models to support planning and decision-making.
  • Partners with business units to provide financial insights and guidance.
  • Drives process improvements and automation within FP&A.
  • Collaborates across teams and supports team deliverables.


Required Qualifications

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
