Timberline Roofing and Contracting is growing, and we are seeking a driven, results-oriented Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to assess roofing needs, guide them through the insurance claims process, and close high-value restoration projects.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads
  • Conduct roof inspections to identify storm, hail, or wind damage
  • Educate homeowners on the insurance claims and restoration process
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Present solutions and close residential roofing projects
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth job completion
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in CRM systems
