Our company supports customers through maintenance, construction, and engineered solutions, with a focus on dependable execution and strong operational performance.

We are a well-established industrial and commercial HVAC company seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our local operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams of HVAC technicians, sheet metal mechanics, and sheet metal fabricators
  • Drive operational excellence, job quality, safety, and productivity across field and shop operations
  • Own business development efforts: build relationships with commercial and industrial clients, identify new opportunities, and support growth of the local book of business
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution
  • Develop and mentor team members while fostering a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with ownership on strategy, performance metrics, and long-term planning

Requirements

  • Proven management experience leading technical or trade-based teams (HVAC experience is a plus but **not required**)
