Stemmle Plumbing Repair Inc. is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused HVAC Manager to lead our HVAC operations in Newport News, Virginia.

The HVAC Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Newport News HVAC team while helping drive operational excellence, employee development, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HVAC and plumbing operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee project management for HVAC and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of technicians and project managers, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards in all operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
