Commission-Only Sales Representative

Nightscape Designs is a premium outdoor lighting design and installation company serving Denver and the Colorado Front Range. We specialize in high-end landscape lighting, architectural lighting, outdoor living lighting, pathway lighting, tree uplighting, patio lighting, and custom lighting design for homeowners, builders, landscapers, designers, and outdoor living contractors.

We are looking for a motivated commission-only Sales Representative to help generate new residential and contractor partnership opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is well-connected, self-driven, comfortable speaking with homeowners and contractors, and interested in earning based on performance.

Role Overview

As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will help Nightscape Designs identify and connect with potential clients and referral partners. Your main focus will be generating qualified opportunities for outdoor lighting projects and helping us expand our presence in the Denver market.

You do not need to be a lighting expert. We will provide talking points, examples, project photos, service information, and support so you can confidently introduce the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential residential clients, landscapers, landscape designers, landscape architects, builders, remodelers, deck and patio contractors, and outdoor living companies
  • Call homeowners in high-income and high-opportunity areas to introduce Nightscape Designs and build interest in custom outdoor lighting systems
  • Conduct B2B sales conversations with contractors, builders, landscapers, designers, and other trade partners to understand their needs and present appropriate lighting solutions
  • Sell residential outdoor lighting systems, landscape lighting, architectural lighting, outdoor living lighting, and holiday lighting services
  • Introduce Nightscape Designs as a premium lighting design and installation resource
  • Generate qualified leads and warm introductions
  • Schedule calls, site visits, or meetings with interested prospects
  • Help build long-term contractor and referral relationships
  • Track outreach activity and opportunities
  • Represent Nightscape Designs professionally and confidently

Compensation

This is a commission-only role.

As a commission-only sales representative, your effort directly controls your earning potential. The more relationships you build, the more opportunities you create, and the more business you bring in, the more you can earn.
You will be able to sell all types of outdoor lighting services, including residential outdoor lighting, commercial outdoor lighting, landscape lighting, architectural lighting, pathway lighting, patio and deck lighting, security lighting, and holiday lighting.
You can build your book of business by reaching out to homeowners, businesses, commercial property owners, landscapers, hardscape companies, deck and patio contractors, builders, property managers, and other potential partners.
In addition to outdoor and holiday lighting, you can also sell residential and commercial electrical services through our licensed and insured electrical team. This gives you multiple ways to create opportunities and close business.
