Join a fast-paced, high-performing BMW dealership where your ability to identify, appraise, and acquire vehicles directly impacts dealership success. We are looking for a motivated and driven Pre-Owned Buyer who thrives on building relationships, sourcing inventory, and creating opportunities through the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer program.This is not a desk-only role — BMW of Loveland needs someone energetic, customer-focused, and confident in evaluating vehicles while delivering an exceptional experience from appraisal to acquisition.

Income Potential

$45,000 – 85,0000 annually (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow the KBB Instant Cash Offer lead pipeline
  • Appraise and purchase pre-owned vehicles
  • Contact and follow up with ICO customers quickly and professionally
  • Work closely with Sales and Used Car departments to maintain inventory goals
  • Evaluate market trends and vehicle values
  • Build relationships with customers looking to sell or trade their vehicles
  • Ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient buying experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up habits
  • Knowledge of vehicle appraisal tools and market values is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
