Job description

We are seeking a temporary Commissions Analyst to process, review and reconcile commission data.

This is a 12-week temporary opportunity where you will earn up to $27.50/hour based on your experience. This position is 100% onsite Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm.

Some of your responsibilities as temporary Commissions Analyst will include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing commission holds
  • Performing accurate and timely data entry of commission-related information
  • Assisting with the release of commissions once hold conditions are satisfied
  • Investigating discrepancies, breaks or exceptions related to commissions
  • Supporting internal and external audits by providing schedules, reports and supporting documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

To qualify for the Commissions Analyst position, you must have:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related or equivalent experience
  • Experience with commission processing or data entry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High accuracy and reconciliation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environment
  • Understanding of broker-dealer operations and advisor compensation structures a plus
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel)
