Job Title
Creative Director

Reports To
VP, Communications & Creative

Department
Communications & Creative

Purpose of the Role
Most B2B creative plays it safe. Not 6sense.

We're looking for a Creative Director who comes in ready to lead and elevate-someone who sees what the brand could be and has the vision, standards, and nerve to get us there. This person thinks in campaigns, not assets; builds teams that move fast without losing craft; uses AI as a genuine force multiplier; and treats every touchpoint-digital, video, web, and experiential-as an opportunity to make the market stop and pay attention.

Come raise the creative bar. The ambition is already here-we need the person who can match it and push it further.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Set and drive the creative vision for the 6sense brand across all channels: digital, web, video, experiential, and campaign work
  • Lead a multidisciplinary creative team; strengthen culture, capabilities, and standards to ensure consistently excellent work
  • Bring bold ideas forward and see them through execution without losing momentum or quality
  • Partner closely with brand narrative and communications teams to ensure creative and story are fully integrated
  • Build scalable production systems that increase throughput without sacrificing craft, including thoughtful integration of AI tools
  • Maintain a high creative bar across every touchpoint-from LinkedIn templates to flagship event experiences
  • Develop and mentor team members; create clarity through prioritization, role definition, career pathways, and feedback rhythms
  • Foster a culture of craft excellence, inclusive collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate resourcing, agency/contractor strategy, and team structure to scale output without compromising quality
  • Collaborate across marketing and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and brand to life at scale

Performance Measurement
  • The work gets noticed-because it's impossible to ignore. 6sense creative is distinctive, consistent, and clearly driven by a strong point of view
  • The work performs. Engagement, conversion, and pipeline influence demonstrate a clear connection between creative output and business impact
  • The team operates faster without chaos. Production scales efficiently and sustainably
  • Team members grow under your leadership. They understand what great looks like, are motivated to achieve it, and have clarity on their development path

Person SpecificationEducation & Experience
  • 12+ years of creative experience, including significant time leading and managing creative teams
  • A portfolio demonstrating range (brand campaigns, digital, video, experiential) and a clear, consistent point of view
  • Strong B2B experience, with the ability to make technical products feel urgent, relevant, and human
  • Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary creatives (designers, videographers, motion artists, web creators)
  • Strong campaign thinking-able to distinguish between big ideas and strong execution, and deliver both
  • Fluency with AI-powered creative tools and a clear perspective on using them to accelerate high-quality work

Competencies & Behaviors
  • Strong creative judgment-knowing when work is done, when it needs refinement, and when to change direction
  • Clear, direct communicator who can articulate creative decisions to non-creative stakeholders
  • Proactive relationship builder who identifies opportunities for creative impact before a formal brief exists
  • Collaborative leader who elevates cross-functional partners and makes teamwork seamless
  • Understands that creative influence is earned through consistent delivery, relationships, and presence
  • Holds a strong creative point of view while remaining flexible and pragmatic
  • Maintains a high standard across a high volume of work
  • Balances vision with operational rigor-strong processes underpin strong creative
  • Thrives in ambiguity and uses it as a space for creative opportunity
  • Commands confidence in high-stakes environments; builds trust with senior stakeholders over time

Base Salary Range: $160,120.50 - $234,843.40. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
