Job description

Automotive Sales Manager – Melloy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (Los Lunas, NM)

Melloy Auto Group has been serving New Mexico for over 60 years. We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead from the desk, drive results, and hold a team accountable every day.

This is not a title. This is a production role.
If your team sells, you get paid. If they don’t, you won’t.

You’ll be leading a team representing Stellantis brands — Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Chrysler — in a store with the inventory, traffic, and support to perform. Execution is on you.

What You’ll Do
  • Desk deals, structure transactions, and close customers consistently
  • Train, coach, and hold salespeople accountable to daily activity and results
  • Drive volume, gross, and overall department performance
  • Maintain strong CSI/NPS through a transparent, professional sales process
  • Work closely with finance to maximize profitability without sacrificing customer trust
  • Manage CRM activity, lead follow-up, and showroom traffic
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and aging units
  • Set the tone for urgency, accountability, and integrity on the floor

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager in a dealership
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong desking and deal-structuring skills
  • Ability to develop and grow a team, not just manage one
  • High level of accountability and professionalism
  • Comfortable working a fast-paced schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license

What You Get
  • Performance-based compensation (salary + commission + bonuses)
  • High earning potential tied directly to results
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Opportunity to grow within an established, multi-store dealer group

Why Melloy CJDR

Our Los Lunas location sits right on I-25 with strong visibility and steady traffic. Jeep and Ram drive consistent demand, and we’re focused on execution, not constant process changes.

If you can lead, close, and produce while maintaining high standards, there’s real opportunity here.
If not, this isn’t the place to figure it out.
