The Role
We're looking for multiple results-driven Sales Representatives to help expand Aura's footprint across the U.S. You'll be selling to aesthetic clinics, plastic surgeons, medspas, dermatologists, and beauty professionals-introducing them to the next generation of consultations technology. This role blends hustle, heart, and a sharp commercial mind. You'll be the face of Aura for new customers and a trusted partner for those who join our journey.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the sales strategy, ensuring aggressive expansion and market penetration.
  • Hands-On Sales Execution: Lead by example by directly engaging with key customers, negotiating deals, and personally closing high-value contracts.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team while fostering a results-oriented culture.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients, physicians, and aesthetic professionals.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fast thinker and fast decision maker
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
