Job description

Experienced Automotive Service Manager Floyd Megee Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join their dynamic service team. The Service Manager is responsible for all operations within the service department - from hiring and managing technicians and service advisors to customer service. Job Responsibilities: Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Serving as a liaison between technicians and customers Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer Manage and hire technicians and service advisors Interview and make new hires Distribute work between technicians Prioritize required services Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled Spend quality time building relationships with the customers Job Requirements: At least 1-year previous service manager experience or 3+ years experience as a service advisor at a dealership Technical automotive knowledge Demonstrated ability to manage others Organized and friendly personality Dealership experience preferred Dealership Benefits: Competitive wages Training Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401k Paid time off Professional working environment Apply today!
