With deep experience in print, wall décor, and apparel production, we’ve established ourselves as a trusted leader in the industry. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Position Summary

We’re seeking a driven, results-focused Sales Representative who thrives on building new relationships and uncovering opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, confident in cold-calling, and excited to help expand our footprint in the wall art and apparel markets. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and consistently hitting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and engage prospective clients in the wall art and apparel markets through cold calls, outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present and promote Marco Fine Arts’ print and production services with an emphasis on wall art and apparel.
  • Develop sales strategies to grow market share within key regions and verticals.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements that support both client success and MFA’s business goals.
  • Work closely with production, customer service, and internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and high-quality output.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and provide strategic insights.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in print, wall art, eCommerce fulfillment, or apparel manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of print services, especially within wall décor and apparel product categories.
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong desire to cold call, prospect, and generate new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Base Pay: 75K/ Plus Commission
