Schedule: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Eastern Time, MondayFriday
Compensation: Salary + Commission
Assessment Requirement: Must complete the CTS (Candidate/Industry Assessment) prior to interviewing

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Remote P&C & Life/Health Insurance Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in insurance sales. This role is responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting consultations, and delivering excellent customer service across property & casualty and life/health lines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and sell P&C and Life/Health insurance to new and existing customers
  • Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Explain policy features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent follow-up
  • Meet and/or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and conversion rates
Qualifications
  • Experience with a proven track record of success in insurance sales (required)
  • Strong sales skills: prospecting, consultative selling, objection handling, and closing
  • Ability to work 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
  • Remote work experience and strong self-management skills
  • Current or ability to obtain required state licensing for P&C and Life/Health sales
  • Must be able to complete the CTS assessment prior to interviewing
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience selling both P&C and Life/Health products
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Knowledge of lead sources, appointment setting, and sales funnel management
  • Familiarity with call scripting and performance coaching practices
