About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Remote P&C & Life/Health Insurance Sales Representative with a
proven track record of success in insurance sales. This role is responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting consultations, and delivering excellent customer service across property & casualty and life/health lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and sell P&C and Life/Health insurance to new and existing customers
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Explain policy features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent follow-up
- Meet and/or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales processes and conversion rates
Qualifications
- Experience with a proven track record of success in insurance sales (required)
- Strong sales skills: prospecting, consultative selling, objection handling, and closing
- Ability to work 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
- Remote work experience and strong self-management skills
- Current or ability to obtain required state licensing for P&C and Life/Health sales
- Must be able to complete the CTS assessment prior to interviewing
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience selling both P&C and Life/Health products
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Knowledge of lead sources, appointment setting, and sales funnel management
- Familiarity with call scripting and performance coaching practices
