We are currently hiring a Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing concrete and asphalt installation, repair, and finishing work for commercial, municipal, residential and roadway construction projects. This position requires experience with site preparation, forming, pouring, finishing, patching, paving, and maintaining safe work practices.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare job sites for concrete and asphalt installation projects 
  • Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools 
  • Install sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveways, pads, and roadway surfaces 
  • Complete asphalt paving, patching, sealing, and repair operations
  • Operate equipment including saws, rollers, compactors, skid steers, and paving tools 
  • Perform concrete finishing techniques including floating, edging, broom finishing, and joint cutting
  • Complete asphalt compaction and surface finishing
  • Read blueprints, measurements, and grade stakes to ensure proper specifications
  • Assist excavation crews with digging, grading, trenching, backfilling, and job site preparation

Requirements

  • Experience in concrete finishing, asphalt paving, or general construction preferred
  • Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, curing, and asphalt repair methods
  • Experience with curb, gutter, sidewalk, roadway, or flatwork projects preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
