We understand that employment law is multifaceted. Depending on your experience level and the specific team's needs, your responsibilities will draw from the following core areas:
  • Represent employers in a diverse range of litigation, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, and complex class actions.
  • Provide preventative counseling to corporate and public sector clients regarding HR policies, employee handbooks, and workforce management.
  • Manage administrative proceedings and appearances before agencies such as the EEOC, state civil rights departments, and labor commissions.
  • For senior-level candidates: Take ownership of case strategy from inception to resolution, cultivate client relationships for business development, and mentor junior associates.
  • Conduct employment law compliance audits and advise clients on the impact of evolving legislation.

What We Are Looking For
To ensure a strong mutual fit, we are looking for candidates who bring a mix of the following qualifications:
  • Experience: Between 3 and 8+ years of post-JD experience specifically focused on employment law.
  • Education: A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active State Bar membership in good standing.
  • A background in management-side or employer-side defense, with exposure to both litigation and compliance counseling.
  • Superior analytical, research, and negotiating abilities, paired with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bonus: Trial experience, public entity defense background, or a portable book of business.

What We Offer
Because this pipeline covers multiple firm profiles and geographic needs, compensation and benefits are highly adaptable:
  • Flexible Work Models: Opportunities include fully remote, hybrid, and traditional on-site schedules.
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salaries span a broad spectrum from $120,000 to $275,000, tailored strictly to your years of practice, expected production, and geographic location.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Potential packages include performance-based bonuses, competitive health insurance, equity options, and continuing legal education budgets.

Why Join Our Talent Network?
By applying to this evergreen role, you will be considered for a variety of current open positions and upcoming positions that match your specific expertise, whether that entails taking ownership of state and federal e-filing or supporting high-volume transactional and closing work.
