As our new Account Manager, you will be the friendly face and voice that our clients rely on when they have questions about their home, auto, or life insurance. Responsibilities

Listen to client concerns and provide personalized insurance recommendations that make sense for their families.

Reach out to existing clients to ensure their policies are up to date and provide the right level of protection.

Assist prospective clients by clearly explaining our coverage options during in-person meetings at our Spring Hill location.

Manage daily administrative tasks, such as processing payments and updating policy information with high attention to detail.

Work closely with the rest of the team to share insights and create a welcoming environment for every visitor.

Stay up to date on changes in the insurance landscape to ensure our clients always receive relevant and accurate guidance.


Requirements

Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License in Tennessee.

Valid Life and Health Insurance License in Tennessee.

Previous experience working within an insurance agency or professional sales role.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent conversational skills and the ability to explain complex details clearly.

Reliable transportation for daily on-site attendance.

Familiarity with standard office software and agency management systems.
