  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily using provided leads
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, and other P&C insurance products
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals (40+ items/month)
  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty License *Required*
  • 1+ year of P&C Insurance Sales, commissioned based role *Required*
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
  • Strong communication and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications
