What You'll Do
Drive new business growth through proactive sales activity, relationship building, and needs-based insurance consultations
Work agency-provided inbound and outbound leads daily
Conduct needs-based sales conversations and coverage reviews

Maintain disciplined follow-up and pipeline management
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Prior insurance sales experience preferred
Strong phone sales, objection handling, and closing skills

Comfortable working in a performance-focused sales environment
