Position responsibilities include:

  1. Performs account maintenance, computer operations, supply clerical duties, and other clerical support to the commissary management team.
  2. Distributes and balances the workload among employees, assuring timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
  3. Monitors the status and progress of work and makes day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities.
  4. Instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques.
  5. Gives on-the-job training to new employees.
  6. Checks on work in progress. Spot checks work not requiring regular reviews and reviews completed work.
  7. Amends and rejects work not meeting established standards.
  8. Recommends changes in work methods that will improve timeliness and/or quality of work.
  9. Monitors working conditions, resolves simple, informal complaints of employees, and assists the supervisor in preparing work schedules.
