objectives.</div><div class="ql-align-justify">The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the class="ql-align-justify">Develop and maintain commercialization project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Monitor initiative progress and proactively identify issues, gaps, and execution risks requiring escalation.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Facilitate governance meetings and prepare materials for leadership reviews and decision-making forums.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Partner with Innovation and Brand teams to support the transition of concepts into executable commercialization plans.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">5-7 years of experience in Commercialization, Project Management, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, or related functions, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through launch.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience with stage-gate processes and commercialization methodologies.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Ability and
