REQUIREMENTS

Prior litigation experience in a law firm or through a judicial clerkship.
Experience in commercial litigation or IP litigation strongly preferred, including meaningful involvement in motion practice, discovery, and high-stakes matters.
Strong academic credentials and a technical background; engineering or computer science experience preferred.
Team-oriented mindset with strong legal analysis, writing, and problem-solving skills.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction required.
