Unlike residential roofing, commercial roofing typically involves larger surfaces and specialized materials like TPO, EPDM, or metal. Their work often includes inspections, leak repairs, roof replacements, and preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of the roof.

What are some common challenges faced by commercial roofing professionals and how can they be managed?

Commercial roofing professionals often encounter challenges such as working at heights, exposure to varying weather conditions, and managing tight project deadlines. Effective communication with team members and adherence to safety protocols are essential to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
