Job description

Signature Woodworking is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee commercial millwork and cabinetry projects from kickoff through installation and closeout.

This role works closely with sales, production, installers, contractors, and vendors to keep projects moving on schedule and on budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial millwork projects from award through completion.
  • Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, field measurements, materials, schedules, and installation.
  • Communicate with general contractors, architects, vendors, and internal production staff.
  • Track job progress, change orders, and timelines.
  • Help ensure projects are production-ready before entering the shop.
  • Problem solve quickly and proactively throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, construction, or related project management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience reading plans and shop drawings preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction processes preferred.
