WHAT WE DO

At N.E.W. Landscape & Lawn Care, we keep properties looking sharp, clean, and cared for. As a Maintenance Crew Technician, you’ll help deliver the consistent curb appeal our clients count on—through expert mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup services.

This is more than just “pruning shrubs.” It’s about showing up on time ready to kick the days a@@, knowing your properties, using your equipment with skill, and leaving every property better than you found it. If you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team—you’ll fit right in.

WHO WE ARE (OUR CORE VALUES)

- Do the Right Thing Always
We treat every landscape like it’s our own—no shortcuts, no excuses.

- Own Your Results
You’re responsible for your work and the way you show up every day.

- Leave It Better
Every weed, every bed, every plant, every day.

- Keep Growing
Learn new tools, improve your speed, sharpen your skills.

- We Before Me
We hustle together, help each other out, and win as a crew.

- Take Pride in the Work
Beyond weeding. We bring precision, artistry, and a perfect finish to customer landscapes

  • You work well with a team and take feedback with a good attitude
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGDaily Maintenance Services
  • Weed flower beds, prune, trim, and clean up debris following the daily route
  • Ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
