Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hardscaping Foreman to lead a crew in the installation of high-quality hardscape projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade inside and out and can ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew on hardscape installation projects
- Install paver patios, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor fireplaces
- Read and execute project plans and layouts
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including masonry saws
- Cut and shape pavers, bricks, and stone with precision
- Ensure proper base prep, grading, drainage, and compaction
- Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
- Communicate with team members and management on project progress
- Train and mentor crew members as needed
Qualifications
- Required: Proven experience in hardscape installation
- Strong knowledge of paver systems, wall systems, and outdoor living features
- Experience cutting brick/pavers with a saw
- Ability to read layouts and execute designs accurately
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
