Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Boulder Wall Builder to join our awesome team. This role involves the construction, repair, and maintenance of retaining walls, garden walls, and other stone or block structures. The ideal candidate is experienced in hardscape construction, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in quality workmanship.


Key Responsibilities

• Build and install retaining walls, garden walls, and other landscape structures using stones and blocks.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

• Prepare and level work areas, including excavation and grading.

• Safely operate mini excavator and other machinery.

• Ensure proper drainage and structural integrity of walls.

• Repair or replace damaged hardscape elements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Work collaboratively with other crew members, supervisors, and clients.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in wall building in hardscaping or landscaping.

• Ability to read and follow construction plans accurately.

• Experience operating heavy machinery such as mini excavators.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., sit, stand, bend, and kneel regularly.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions — year-round.
