Job description

We are seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Insurance Producer to help grow our commercial lines book of business. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, prospecting, and helping business owners protect what they've worked hard to build.


This is a phone-focused sales role, with most sales activity conducted through outbound and inbound calls, referrals, networking, and virtual meetings. If you are competitive, coachable, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, we'd love to speak with you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Prospect and generate new commercial insurance opportunities primarily through phone outreach
  • Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage solutions for business clients
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals
  • Work closely with account managers and agency staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals
  • Build referral partnerships and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
Requirements

Candidates should possess one or more of the following:


Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

Insurance sales experience

Property management experience
