Job description

Cromwell & Ney Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines CSR to service and manage an existing book of business while supporting agency growth through cross-selling and new policy sales. This role is responsible for handling client service needs including policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates, and coverage reviews, while building strong relationships with clients and carriers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities
