Job description

Job Title: Glass Installer
Location: Weatherford, Texas
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To: Project Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented person to join our design and installation teams. In this role, you will accomplish high-end residential and commercial glass projects from design to completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in on-site installation of storefronts, heavy glass showers, and custom mirrors, etc..
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, and architectural specifications accurately.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install various glass products and aluminum framing systems.

  • Conduct field measurements and template layout designs for custom glass fabrications.
  • Enforce strict compliance with company safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with general contractors and project managers regarding timelines and adjustments.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year glass experience required.
  • knowledge of commercial storefront fabrication and custom shower enclosure systems.
  • Strong proficiency in using glass cutting tools, lasers, levels, and heavy suction equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
  • Ability to lift up to [75] lbs and work comfortably at heights on scaffolding or lifts.
