What You'll Be Estimating

Projects include:

  • Curtain Wall Systems

  • Stick-Built Curtain Wall

  • Unitized Systems

  • Storefront Systems

  • Doors & Hardware

  • Government Facilities

  • Multi-Family Projects

  • Institutional Construction

Project sizes range from approximately $100K to $9M+, with an average project size around $750K.


Software Experience Required

Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:

  • GDS (Primary Estimating Platform)

  • LogiKal

  • Glazier Studio / Laser Studio

Experience performing detailed takeoffs, bid preparation, scope reviews, and pricing for commercial glazing projects is required.
