Job description

The Project Manager oversees commercial glass and glazing projects from contract award through final completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with Planet Glass quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
  • Review contracts, plans, specifications, and project scope.
  • Coordinate purchasing, scheduling, field operations, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor budgets, labor, materials, and profitability.
  • Process RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and closeout documentation.
  • Communicate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Support billing documentation and warranty completion.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred.
  • Commercial glass/glazing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and company software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
