About the Company A well-established and growing commercial glass and glazing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The company specializes in delivering high-quality glazing solutions across commercial construction projects, including storefront systems, curtain wall, architectural glass, entrances, glass partitions, and custom glazing applications. With a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service, the company works closely with general contractors, architects, owners, and developers to successfully deliver projects throughout the region. Position Summary The Project Manager will oversee commercial glazing projects from contract award through final completion. This role will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial glazing project management , with experience managing storefront, curtain wall, aluminum framing, and architectural glass projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager looking to join a growing organization with long-term career potential. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from initiation through completion and closeout Review contracts, architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements Coordinate with general contractors, architects, owners, vendors, and installation teams Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and installation timelines Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges, delays, and cost impacts Manage material procurement, fabrication schedules, and field installation coordination Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Coordinate field crews and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently Track project costs, labor, materials, and overall profitability Resolve issues related to quality, scheduling, materials, and site conditions Manage punch lists, project completion, and final closeout documentation Qualifications 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience Experience within the glass and glazing industry strongly preferred Knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, entrances, aluminum framing, and architectural glass systems Experience working with commercial general contractors and construction teams Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
