Job Description:
We're partnering with a leading commercial glass and glazing contractor seeking a skilled Commercial Glazing Superintendent to join their team. As a key member of the construction management staff, you will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial glazing projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with project managers, ensuring quality control, managing subcontractors, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the installation of commercial glazing systems according to project specifications and schedules.

  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Resolve any onsite issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to onsite personnel, including training and development as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Glazing Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial glazing systems, materials, and installation methods.
