Job description

CDL school prepares you to earn your license. This paid mentor program at 10-4 Logistics helps prepare you to operate safely and confidently as a solo driver.

Qualified CDL-school graduates train one-on-one with an experienced driver while earning $850 per week. After successfully completing training, you will receive an assigned truck and move into a full-time position on the Eastern Regional Fleet.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely

  • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Recent completion of an accredited CDL program
  • At least 120 hours of CDL-school instruction
  • Safe driving record
  • Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
