Job description

TradeWise Staffing Group is hiring Pre-Finished Panel Installers for the new Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Fishers, IN — a 50-bed healthcare build. If you take pride in clean, finish-quality work, this is a great project to be part of.

Pay: $20–$25/hr depending on experience | Weekly pay | W2 employee (not 1099)

What you'll do:

• Install pre-finished wall panels and related trim, reveals, and transitions per manufacturer specs

• Layout, measure, scribe, and cut panels for a precise, tight fit

• Install backing/blocking and prep substrates as needed

• Protect finished surfaces and keep tolerances tight on a healthcare jobsite

• Follow blueprints, submittals, and jobsite safety standards (OSHA)

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of finish carpentry or panel/millwork installation experience

• Ability to read plans and work to finish tolerances

• Own finish hand tools

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs; must pass background check and drug screen

Healthcare/hospital jobsite experience a plus (ICRA awareness a bonus)
