Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of audio-visual technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Project Preparation: Assist in the preparation for audio-visual projects, including testing equipment and ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available and accounted for.
- Project Execution: Install audio-visual technology for standard and custom projects. Help manage project timelines and expectations.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, sales teams, and engineers to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Customer Interaction: Represent UTG professionally when interacting with customers, upholding the company's values of service and excellence.
- Travel: This position is based out of our headquarters in Fishers and will require significant travel to client sites in the surrounding Indianapolis area. Occasional out-of-state travel will be required (Typically once a month or less). However, if hired to service our largest customer, travel is much more frequent with out-of-state travel being weekly.
