As an Associate Attorney / Senior Attorney on our team, we are looking for:
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school
  • Membership in the Tennessee State Bar
  • 3 or more years of commercial lending experience (real estate and/or C&I lending), with substantial involvement representing regional and national lenders in secured transactions and managing complex engagements in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work fully onsite in Nashville
