Overview
American Security is a family owned and operated security guard agency that was established in 1986. We have over 400 employees which makes us big enough to take on large customers, but small enough to offer personalized services to smaller clients. American establishes security programs for their clients that are designed to protect their personnel and assets. We integrate our trained officers and technology which allows us to effectively execute our security programs.
Job Details
Our unarmed guards display exceptional customer service and communication skills. Our guards maintain the ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently. This position requires proficient experience with writing and reading daily activity reports. As an unarmed guard you will:
  • Command a presence
  • Enforce Contract Standards
  • Enforce employment guidelines
  • Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards adhering to post orders
  • Experienced officers with 20 Hour Training Certificate and PERC preferred
