Command Center Operator
Reports to: Site Manager
Description:
The Command Center Operator is responsible for overseeing security systems, managing security cameras, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to protect people, property and assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring Security Cameras: Ensure that all security procedures are followed, including access controls surveillance, and emergency response.
  • Incident Management: Document and report security incidents promptly and

This includes maintaining records of incidents and security logs (DAR) for analysis and reporting.
  • Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Act as a point of contact with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to support security operations and business interests
  • Emergency Response Coordination: Coordinate response efforts during emergencies, ensuring that all security personnel are trained on evacuation procedures and emergency
  • Establishes proactive and collaborative relationships with site manager to strengthen security response times.
