You will join theGlobal Brand Team. Youwill partner with keystakeholdersall functions,includingComEx,QSC,R&Dfinance and with the rest of the brand team - especiallyInnovation, Design, Expert and Market Engagement.

We expect you tohave a deep understanding of the consumer, capable of aligning global interests while effectively accommodating local market nuances andconsequentlystrategizing and delivering growth forAdvil globally and for the 6 OUs.

RoleResponsibilities:

Brand equity development

  • Inspire & drive brand vision and audience planning, contribution to Brand Strategy

  • Own brand identity and management including brand heart; Brand Architecture and holistic brand language (HBL)

  • Lead and build compelling, superior and differentiated brand ideas that create short- and long-term impact, and can be applied seamlessly across platforms, channels and touchpoints

  • Partner with tech and agencies to lead data and digital strategies including integrated consumer experience, search optimisation, marketing automation and more

  • Act as brand champion for strategic planning tools, e.g., Task Maps & Consumer Experience Journey, partnering with CBIA Lead to ensure this is kept updated with latest global insight

  • Lead connections planning guidelines development and rollout, partnering with agency and media teams based on data and insights to achieve brand strategic priorities

  • Lead brand guardrails development, partnering with markets to support understanding and adoption

  • Collaborate with wider brand team (Innovation, Market Engagement & Performance, Design) and cross-functional partners (e.g. R&D, ComEx), to ensure a cohesion of innovation, comms, design and link to overall brand strategy

Exceptional team leader

  • Setdirection, empower,motivateand guide the team of direct reports, setting strongbehavioralexamples in personal development, demonstration of values and engagement of a diverse workforce

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Track recordof significant contribution to the strategic planning process, at both a Category and Brand level

  • Significantbrand building/marketing experience - brand positioning, brandarchitectureand general brand stewardship, with ability to lead complex projects within matrixed organization

  • Track recordin the use of insights and data to drivestrategic decisions and createenduring,distinctiveand meaningful brand ideas across multiple channels/contexts with fit for purpose creative

  • Highly developed commercial acumen with experience in P&L/budget management, pricing/mix/promotional strategies, brand architecture; with a focus on performance

*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.

The salary range for this role is $ 228,512- $314,204 USD annually + bonus
