Global Category ComEx Director (Wellness) drives the integration of commercial excellence into Wellness category strategies, ensuring customer and shopper centricity, effective sales planning and capabilities to deliver sustainable category growth through commercial initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
  • Champion the 'Voice of the Customer' within the Wellness category, embedding customer-centric insights into category strategies and initiatives to drive sustainable growth.

  • Approving and delivering commercial inputs and customer insights into the Category-led forums (e.g., CGLT) and enterprise-wide planning cadences (e.g., IGP)

  • Inputting category-specific strategies onto ComEx-wide priorities & guidance, reflecting category growth plans onto ComEx blueprints

  • Coordinate with other Global Category ComEx Directors to drive the definition and approval of global commercial planning frameworks, metrics, and guidance, ensuring alignment with IGP and category strategies.

  • Collaborating with OUs & Markets and Global teams to ensure effective implementation of commercial planning frameworks, toolings and alignment with category strategies.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in commercial excellence, category management, or a related commercial leadership role within a large consumer health or FMCG organisation.

  • Demonstrated ability to champion the 'Voice of the Customer' and embed customer-centric insights into commercial strategies and planning.

  • Experience in defining, approving, and delivering commercial inputs into enterprise-wide planning cadences (e.g., IGP) and category-specific forums.

  • Strong collaborative leadership skills, with experience coordinating across global teams and other functional leaders to define and implement strategic frameworks.

  • Experience within the 'Wellness' category or a closely related health and consumer goods sector.

  • Experience across different market archetypes (e.g Distributor-led, Customer-led) is preferred
